The Skirt: Part 1

Let’s explore the chicness of a skirted sink.  What do y’all think?  It’s a little bit country maybe, but then I’ve always lived in the south.  If I had all the money in the world and a huge house with lots of sinks, I would probably put a skirt on at least one of them.  Maybe in the laundry room or butler’s pantry.  It would make for easy access to the “under sink storage”, wouldn’t it?  And easy access is always a good thing.  But the real reason why I think a skirted sink is fabulous is that I’ll take any chance to use a favorite fabric.
